Sponsors

One segment. Every episode. An audience that means business.

No banner farms, no ad reads over credits.

Every episode of Signals & Subtractions runs exactly one sponsor segment: a short, clearly-labeled read in the middle of the show, delivered by the host or cohost. One sponsor per episode means your message is the only one in the room.

Who is watching

Founders, operators, implementors, integrators, and AI buyers navigating a market that moves faster than they can read about it. Particularly in regulated industries. They are here for better signals and the clarity to stop what no longer serves, which is exactly the mindset you want evaluating your product.

How the slot works

Three tiers, one rotation rule:

  1. Paid external — your brand, your segment. First priority in the rotation.
  2. Cohost-controlled — the week's cohost may run their own brand's segment.
  3. House — when neither of the above is booked, a house brand takes the slot.

Paid beats cohost beats house. Book an episode or a run of episodes.

Where the segment lives

The sponsor read stays in the Wednesday livestream, the Friday polished video on YouTube, and the podcast cut. That is three surfaces for one read, plus the long tail of the episode page.
