Takeaways
One page, one method, filled in with real numbers.
A takeaway is an instance of a method rather than a description of one. Each page hands you the method, shows a pass that actually ran, and ends in something you can act on.
Takeaways ship alongside episodes. The episode is the conversation; the takeaway is the part you can run yourself on a Tuesday afternoon. Each one hands over the whole method, free, with no account and no funnel, so you can run it on your own work rather than read about someone else running it on theirs.
The rule each one has to survive: it names a decision you can make this week, and it ends in a count rather than a feeling. Where a pass has already been run, the page carries the numbers it actually returned, including the uncomfortable ones. Where it has not, the page says so instead of inventing a worked example nobody worked.
They are free, they need no account, and none of them is a funnel. Copy anything here into your own work without asking.
